I Introduction and Motivation
In the introduction, the motivation for this case study is outlined along with some historical data about the occurrence of hurricanes in the Atlantic. Conditions and triggers for Ophelia's development and lifecycle are also discussed.
II Synoptic overview, satellite imagery, meteorological parameters
The overview will show hurricane Ophelia's lifecycle with the help of satellite images, meteorological parameters, and vertical cross section.
III Simulator
Following the case study, the user can interact with the simulator - try out a forecaster shift and forecast the impact of Ophelia on Ireland.
