The image below shows the typical cloud configuration of an Upper Level Low in the cut-off stage. There are two cloud bands curving towards each other. There is also pronounced core convection in the middle due to a warm surface. Upper level lows are mostly accompanied by very pronounced spiral structures in WV images and are easiest to detect there.
