Based on the information from different SEVIRI channels, Cloud Type product gives a quick look into the types of clouds seen in the image. The product is available during day and night, taking into account all disposable channels.
In this case, at 06:30 UTC, north-eastern part of Slovenia was covered by very high opaque clouds, whereas in the western part some low to medium clouds can be seen. In the north-west, on the border with Austria and Italy a round-shaped cell of high opaque clouds can be seen. That is the cell that caused the heavy precipitation later on.
Notice also that the frontal cloud band consists of all cloud types.
The cell in the north-west is growing and entering Slovenia. The other high opaque cloud is moving further to north-east.
