The isolated low at the surface in association to the depression Alberto is not observed over Great Britain at 300 hPa. Instead the isohypsen show a trough with a tighter gradient over the English Channel. Further east over Poland a clear upper level low is observed. This system will slowly wander south east. Situated in a ridge still some remnant CBs are observed over Germany and France.

The convection has started. Situated in an upper level ridge several cells have emerged. Further east diffluent flow over Romania just east from the anticyclone and upper level cyclone is showing some large cells as well.

The ULL over Russia is still further deepening. The convection over Germany and Austria has reached its climax. Situated in an upper level ridge several large MCSs are observed. Over Romania we can still observe the diffluent and still there as well large MCSs are observed.

Due to lack of insolation the convection has more or less died out. Over the Alps a ridge of high pressure is seen.
